How do I get the braid to fit my head?
Our headbands all have an adjustable strap (comparable to a bra strap). This makes them suited to every head size. Both adults and children (aged 3 and older) can adjust the braided headband for a perfect fit.
Is the braid still too large for you at its shortest setting? No problem! There’s a way to tighten the strap even more. Just pull the entire strap through the loop near the clasp and attach the hook on the other side (so that the strap is double). That will make the headband a bit shorter and you will still be able to adjust it as you please.

How do I keep my braid from slipping?
To get the best fit for your Infinity braided headband, wear it with the clasp as low in the nape of your neck as possible, near your hairline. Some people nestle the clasp in their hair, but if you do this the headband could slip off (particularly if you just washed your hair). Another great tip for more grip: make your hair (or the braid) a bit rougher by applying a little dry shampoo to it, or by teasing your own hair a bit. You can also attach your braid a bit more securely to your head by fastening it with bobby pins near your ears. Good to know: the more you wear your braid, the rougher it will get! The grip simply improves with wearing.
What is the braid made from?
Our braided headbands are handmade. We carefully selected ultra-soft Vegan Hair (High-quality synthetic fiber) with a 100% natural look and feel. We do not use animal hair at Infinity, we love animals too much to harm them! Our braids being vegan: it is better for animals, the planet, and your look! Keep in mind that because our braided headbands and ponytails are all handmade, every braid and ponytail is unique and no two will ever look exactly identical. Minor differences in color can occur.
Can you wash or dye a braid?
Could your braid do with some freshening up? Soak it in a basin with lukewarm water and a little mild shampoo for a few minutes and wash. Then put a conditioner and wash again like a normal hair. Pat dry carefully and hang it in your hair rack in a cool dry place.
Warning: do not dry it with a blow drier!
Our braids cannot be dyed/colored.
How do I keep my braid looking like new?
Because we want you to receive wonderful gift, all Infinity Braids are packaged in a luxury gift box. Apart from your braided headband, the box also contains a satin storage bag. This bag protects it and keeps it soft and supple. We recommend always keeping your braid in this satin bag. Planning to go on a trip? Be sure to take your favorite hair accessory with you in its stylish bag! This way, you can be assured of a stunning hairdo that can be created in seconds, wherever you go!
For our Ponytails - we recommend to brush it gently from time to time if you see it tangled.
There are loose hairs in my braid. What can I do about this?
Loose hairs are perfectly normal and will only make your braid look more natural. If these hairs bother you, we recommend pulling them out in their entirety (and not cutting them).
The photos on the website look different from the Infinity Color Cards. Which color is right?
The photos we use for our Color Cards were shot in daylight, while the photos we use for our website were taken with studio lighting. That’s why they may not look identical. When you ask us to find a color match for you, we always ask you to provide us with a photo that was shot in daylight. We will then match your photo to the hair on an Infinity Color Card (which was also shot in daylight) to select your perfect match.
Is there anywhere where I can I try on a braid?
Yes, you can try them out at our Infinity sales points. Click here to find the sales point closest to you.
Please note that our sales points apply their own policies for sales and returns. This means that any discounts we apply online will not be valid at our sales points (and vice versa), and that the sales point’s own return policy applies if you wish to return your purchase. You cannot return an Infinity Braid purchased at a sales point online.
What does the warranty cover?
We warrant manufacturing defects in our braids. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty terms
- Within 3 months (0–90 days) from delivery: eligible products will be replaced in full (no charge).
- 3–6 months (180 days) from delivery: eligible products are eligible for a 50% replacement discount.
- 6–12 months (181–365 days) from delivery: claims are assessed case‑by‑case; if accepted a replacement offer of up to 25% off may apply.
- After 12 months (365+ days): goodwill token only — typically a 10% discount on a replacement purchase (subject to review).
How to make a warranty claim
- Email love@infinitybraids.com with:Your order number, full name and date of purchase.Clear photos of the defective braid (close-ups showing the issue) and a short description of the problem.
- We will acknowledge receipt and review the images within 24–48 hours.
- After review our team will contact you with the outcome and next steps.
Decisions are made following inspection and at our discretion to ensure fair treatment.
2. Ordering
I have not received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
Oops! The e-mail probably ended up in your spam folder. If you can’t find it there either, please send an e-mail to love@infinitybraids.com. Our customer service department will then send you a confirmation e-mail.
How can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Our customer service department can only change your address before your order has entered the processing stage. If this is not the case, you can send an e-mail to love@infinitybraids.com to inform us of the change. Be sure to include your name, the order number, and the new delivery address in your e-mail. Our customer service will then make the necessary adjustments. Please note that the sooner you do this, the greater the chances will be that your order has not been processed.
Where can I find the status of my order?
You will be sent an email with a track & trace code the minute your order has been dispatched. You can use this link to track your order. Just enter the following:
- Order number
- Your postcode
- Your last name
You can use the same link to report any problem with your order, for example to return an item, report it missing, or report a damage.
Are discounts offered online valid at the sales points?
No, online discounts are valid exclusively on www.infinitybraids.com. We want to make sure you have a pleasant experience, whether you're shopping online or at our sales points. You can see our braids in real life at our sales points, try them on, and try out some cute styles right away (if you are visiting a hair stylist!). When you visit our online shop, you will be able to choose from our full range of products, take advantage of online discounts (if applicable), and enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered to your doorstep.
3. Payment
Which payment methods does Infinity Braids accept?
You can use various payment methods on our website:
- PayPal

- Creditcard: MasterCard, VISA of American Express.
My discount code isn’t working! What can I do?
There can be different reasons for this:
- Your discount code may have expired.
- Some discount codes require you to have an account.
- You may have already used your discount code.
Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you can. You will find the invoice for your order in your account on our website.
4. Dispatch & delivery
How long will it take for my Infinity Braid to be delivered?
You probably can’t wait to get your Infinity Braid! We understand :) No worries! We are doing everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Here are our anticipated delivery times:
The Netherlands and Belgium: 5 - 7 business days
Europe: 7 - 10 business days
International: Over 10-14 business days
Your order will be packaged by us and sent to you with the greatest care immediately following receipt of your payment. We use DHL as our carrier in the Netherlands and Belgium. For international shipments we use PostNL.
Please understand that we are not responsible for delays by DHL or any other carrier, and that delivery delays will not entitle you to compensation.
Neither are we responsible for taxes, excise or other duties, or any other costs associated with the shipment of your product. Orders are sent as parcel post, unless your order is small enough to be fit through your letterbox.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Infinity Braids ships all orders from Germany.
• If you are ordering from within the EU: no extra duties or import taxes apply.
• If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs office or courier.
📌 For UK customers: Orders above £135 are subject to import duties under UK customs rules. This will be collected by the courier (e.g. UPS) upon delivery.
Please note: Infinity Braids is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I have my order sent to a pick-up point?
Yes! You can have your package delivered to one of the 3,750 DHL Service Points
in the Netherlands. As soon as your package is ready, you will receive a message from DHL. Don't forget to bring a valid ID to the Service Point!
My item is damaged! What can I do?
Oh no! That’s not what we want at all! You can report the item as damaged using this link. Just enter:
- Order number
- Your postcode
- Your last name
Then click Help & Support -> You have received the item -> Items are missing or damaged -> Choose damaged. You will have two options:
- My order was delivered in poor condition
- My order was delivered in good condition
Add comments and images that support your case, then click continue. You will be asked whether you want a replacement or a refund.
You can check the status of your report using the same link. Once it is approved, click "Approved Return" to download the return label and use that label to send the item back to us.

PRE-ORDER Items
Some items on our site may be listed as “Pre‑Order.” If one or more items in your order is a pre‑order item, we will ship the entire order together once the pre‑order item is back in stock. We always list the expected availability date on the product page. Please check that date before placing your order or before cancelling your order.
If you can wait until the stated restock date, no action is required and we will hold and ship everything together. If you cannot wait and would like to cancel your order instead, please email us at love@infinitybraids.com and we will process your cancellation.
5. Returns | Exchange | Refunds
Can I exchange my Infinity Braid?
Of course you can! The fastest way to exchange your Infinity Braid is to initiate your return using this link. Just enter:
- Order number
- Your postcode
- Your last name
Then click Help & Support -> You have received the item -> Choose "I would like to request a return" -> Choose not required -> Add comments like "Color doesn't match" and please add the color you are looking for. If you don't know the color you want yet, you can connect directly to our colour matching team here. Once you identify the color you want, go back to the return order link, follow the same process above and you will be asked whether you want a replacement or a refund. Choose replacement.
We have a one-time return policy if the reason is "color does not match", You can return your original order, and once we receive the return we will arrange a one-time free shipping for your replacement.
Please note the return cost is handled by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot cover this cost as a small company.

Important: If the color still did not match on the first exchange, you can still return the order, however customer will handle the shipping cost for another exchange.
Are returns subject to a deadline?
We apply a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days, from the date on which you received your order, to return the product to us.
What is the procedure for returning an item?
We strive to make the return process as easy as possible for you. Would you like to return? Check if your country is listed down below for a return label. If your country is included, click on this link and you can register your return!

Please include a small note inside the parcel with your order number, so we can match it to your return.
We’ll notify you once your return is received. If everything meets the return conditions, we’ll automatically refund you via your original payment method.
It can take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Please note: Return costs are at your own expense and depend on the carrier used. As a small business, we’re unfortunately not able to cover return shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately, we cannot redeem returnable gift vouchers for cash.
When will I get my refund?
All returns are processed and refunded within 14 business days of receipt, using the same payment method as in the order. Please note: It may take 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
NOTE: Please bear in mind that the original shipping costs paid, including the cost of the return shipment/return label generated from our portal, are not refundable and will be deducted to the refund amount if customer chooses a refund instead of exchange.
If the tracking link shows a return as delivered, it can take several business days for the parcel to reach our local warehouse and be scanned. We will process your refund as soon as the item is scanned in our warehouse. You can follow up on your return status at love@infinitybraids.com and a team member will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

IMPORTANT: Please avoid initiating a chargeback on your bank as this will prolong the process of refunds.
I returned my order but I just received a payment reminder from Klarna. How is this possible?
Your return may not yet have been fully processed within Klarna’s payment terms. We therefore advise you to mark your order as a return in the Klarna app. Klarna will then put the invoice on hold. This will give everyone more time to finish processing the return shipment and prevent you from being charged any additional costs.
Did you order several braids at once?
Then you can also choose to pay the entire invoice. The “surplus” amount will be refunded as soon as we have processed your return shipment.
Note: shipping costs remain in Klarna after you have sent us your return shipment. You will still have to pay these costs.
IMPORTANT: Please avoid initiating a chargeback on your bank as this will prolong the process of refunds.
Can I return multiple orders at the same time?
Yes, you can. Just don’t forget to put the packing slips of both orders in with the parcel! Otherwise, we will not be able to link the products we received in your return shipment to your orders. Have you lost our packing slip? Put a note stating your name, address, and order number in with the parcel.
Can I exchange or return an item at a sales point?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to return or exchange an item that was purchased online at one of our sales points.
What happens if I return part of a bundle or a promotional order?
If you return part of a bundle or promo deal, your refund will be recalculated based on the items you keep. This ensures a fair discount for everyone.
Treat Yourself Sale – Terms & Conditions
- The promotion is valid on all hairpieces.
- Customers receive 1 free item when purchasing any 2 items (the lowest-priced item will be free).
- The offer is automatically applied at checkout when 3 items are added to the cart.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Returns:
- Promotion nature: The 2+1 promotion gives one item free when three items are purchased. This offer is exchange‑only; no cash refunds are available for orders placed under this promotion.
- Exchanges only: If you wish to return an item from a promotional order, you may exchange it for an item of the same product type. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Braids: a returned braid may be exchanged for any other braid style or colour.
Ponytails: ponytail returns may be exchanged only for another ponytail. We offer two ponytail types (Wavy claw clip and Straight). A Straight ponytail may be exchanged for a Wavy ponytail (and vice versa). Colour changes are permitted.
- Free item rules: The free item is tied to the promotion, not to a specific SKU. When an exchange is requested, the replacement must be the same product type as the item being returned (see examples above). The exchange of the free item is allowed within the same product type.
