We bet you can’t wait for your braid(s) to arrive! Once your payment is received, we’ll carefully prepare your order and ship it within 1–2 working days.

During promotional periods

During busy promotional periods — such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and other big sale events — order processing and delivery times may take a little longer than usual. 💕

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team works hard to ship your order as soon as possible, but please note that dispatch and delivery may take a few extra days during these high-volume times.

Please note: while we always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply depending on your country and are not included in the shipping fee.

Orders are sent by parcel post, unless the package fits into a letterbox.

PRE-ORDER Items

Some items on our site may be listed as “Pre‑Order.” If one or more items in your order is a pre‑order item, we will ship the entire order together once the pre‑order item is back in stock. We always list the expected availability date on the product page. Please check that date before placing your order or before cancelling your order.

If you can wait until the stated restock date, no action is required and we will hold and ship everything together. If you cannot wait and would like to cancel your order instead, please email us at love@infinitybraids.com and we will process your cancellation.
