Delivery
We bet you can’t wait for your braid(s) to arrive! Your order will be carefully prepared for you after receiving the payment. We will ship your order within 2-3 days after we received the payment. We ship for The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany by DHL and internationally by PostNL. Please note that we are not responsible for delays by Post NL/DHL or any other Post service. The international delivery duration varies per country, exceeding any delivery term will not entitle to compensation in any way. Also, we are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs. Orders are sent by parcel post, unless the order fits into a letterbox.
