Bundle & Promotion returns
At Infinity Braids, we love giving you the best value — that’s why our bundle and promotion deals are built on a simple and fair principle: the more you shop, the more you save! ✨
If you decide to return part of your bundle or promotion order, your refund will be recalculated based on the items you keep. This means that if you no longer qualify for the same discount (for example, if you keep fewer items), the refund amount will reflect the adjusted discount.
It’s a fair and transparent approach — designed to make sure every beauty gets the same great deal. 💕
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item. It's always a good practice to take a picture when the item arrived so we will know if the package arrived in what condition. This will help the investigation process to be smooth. We’ll carefully review the situation and come up with a suitable solution.
Return & Refund Policy
Please bear in mind that the original shipping costs paid, including the cost of the return shipment/return label generated from our portal, are not refundable and will be deducted to the refund amount if customer chooses a refund instead of exchange.
Return & Exchanges
Changed your mind or need a different color? No problem! We offer a One-Time 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return and we can send you a replacement free of shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase. If InfinityBraids.com hasn’t received notice within 14 days, we consider our delivery obligation fulfilled.
How to return
We strive to make the return process as easy as possible for you. Would you like to return? Click on this link and you can register your return! See below information for UK customers return process.
Just enter:
- Order number
- Your postcode
- Your last name
Then click Help & Support -> You have received the item -> Choose "I would like to request a return" -> Choose not required -> Add comments like "Color doesn't match" and please add the color you are looking for. If you don't know the color you want yet, you can connect directly to our colour matching team here. Once you identify the color you want, go back to the return order link, follow the same process above and you will be asked whether you want a replacement or a refund. Choose replacement.
We have a one-time return policy if the reason is "color does not match", You can return your original order, and once we receive the return we will arrange a one-time free shipping for your replacement.
Note: Visit the same link where you requested the return, once you see "Return Approved", you can click that button and download your return label and use that label to return your order.

Please include a small note inside the parcel with your order number, so we can match it to your return.
We’ll notify you once your return is received. If everything meets the return conditions, we’ll automatically refund you via your original payment method.
It can take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Return Costs: Return costs are at your own expense and depend on the carrier used. As a small business, we’re unfortunately not able to cover return shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
