Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defect, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue carefully and come up with a suitable solution.
Returns or exchanges
Want to return on exchange? We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return. If you want to exchange your item, the fastest way to exchange your Infinity Braid is to place a new order and return the one you received from us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If Infinitybraids.com has not received notice within these 14 days, we have fulfilled our obligations to deliver.

Infinitybraids.com reserves the right to refuse returned items if the conditions mentioned under return shipments and exchanges are not met. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
